Treatment overview
Understanding the treatment
Dermaplaning is a manual exfoliation service that removes surface buildup and fine vellus hair with a sterile professional blade. It can leave the skin feeling smoother and help makeup sit more evenly.
The service is paired with LED light therapy and finishing hydration. It is not the same as shaving at home, and it does not change the color or thickness of the hair as it grows back.

Common questions
Helpful answers before booking
Will facial hair grow back thicker?
No. Dermaplaning cuts fine hair at the surface and does not alter the follicle, color or biological growth pattern.
Is dermaplaning suitable for active acne?
It may not be appropriate over inflamed breakouts. Your provider can recommend a different service after assessing the skin.
